Attorney Neil D. Petkovic is the founding member of the Law Office of Neil D. Petkovic, LLC. Mr. Petkovic
formed the firm after years of experience working for one of the front running law firms in the nation dedicated to
holding brokerage firms responsible for the unlawful acts of their brokers and financial advisors.
Mr. Petkovic is a lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio, having graduated from Coventry High School in Akron, Ohio.
He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Kent State University, graduating Cum
Laude. Mr. Petkovic received his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University
where he was on the Dean’s List and a recipient of the Joel Jay Finer Criminal Procedure Award. Mr. Petkovic is
admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio.
In addition to his representation of aggrieved investors and securities industry professionals in their claims against
the financial industry, Mr. Petkovic maintains a general practice of law. Mr. Petkovic is a member of the Public
Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA), Ohio State Bar Association, Akron Bar Association, and West
Shore Bar Association.
